ibis Natal

A smiling next morning reception girl Raisa, really welcomed and took care of my luggage when I was away after check-out before my 10pm flight. Quite comfy room with all I needed for one night stay. For me it was good, conditioner air flow went away from my bed. Quite a good range of plates for the breakfast. Clean sheets. I prefer a harder mattress (not an issue).

Really confortable place. The staff helped us with the booking of a couple of activities, was always cheerful, and even helped us recover and send back my lost wallet. We are glad to have chosen the Ibis Natal for our stay in the city!

Very late check-in possible at 4:00am after a night flight from Rio. Staff member on duty greeted me with my first name!!! All facilities up to the usual ibis Hotel standards.
